Loving-kindness as You’re mending

You are the Closeness of the Father

You are the Glory of the Son

The One Who seals us with His Love

Holiest Gift from Heaven’s Heart

You are the still quiet Voice inside

You’re in the joy of every child

As gentle as the ocean breezes

Deliverance and freedom as You teach us

You breathe courage – like a fire

Into the bended knees of the lowly

You instil boldness – like a lion

Into the mouths of the surrendered

May we recognise Your Presence

Offer all we inhabit

And live effortlessly yielded

To this Holy Gift

We have been given To You, Holy Spirit
